Micah Parsons just went on X and said it straight up “I no longer want to be here,” tagging Stephen Jones. No holding back. He’s officially asking for a trade from the Cowboys.
Micah’s been one of the best defenders in the NFL since day one. 52.5 sacks, 256 tackles, 4 Pro Bowls — the guy’s a monster. But now he wants a new deal and feels like the team isn’t treating him right. He’s calling out the Cowboys for not including his agent in talks, blaming him for injuries, and leaking stuff to the media.
He’s still under contract and set to make $24 million this season, but he clearly feels disrespected and wants out now.
Dallas says they don’t want to trade him, but this is getting loud. Teams are watching.
